If you spend much time browsing through podcasts feeds you know how hard it is to find a quality cast that is up-to-date. All to often you find poor content or feeds that have not been up dated in a year. Well I have just come across an MMA podcast / vidcast which is both content rich and currently maintained.
The 411Mania MMA feed is the best Mixed Martial Arts podcast I have found to date and as a huge fan of Vale Tudo I see a lot of them. As a matter of fact I am going to dedicate the rest of Augusts featured podcasts to fighting arts.
The 411Mania MMA podcasts features the lastest news, interviews, fight clips, and gossip from UFC, WEC, IFL, Affliction, EliteXC, and PRIDE. The podcast is a combination of media including audio, image, and video content.

In the sample episode: Get ready for another action packed Ultimate eXperience as this week it is all about The Ultimate Fighter 8. The competitors on the show have been released, I will give you the hot tip on who I think will win the whole thing. Also information about a huge December card that is shaping up to be the best card of the year.
