Reality Bites Back is a reality show parody reality show presented by Comedy Central featuring host Michael Ian Black and several relatively unknown standup comedians. Watch as they compete for a cash purse worth a combined total of their miserable net worth. The comedians compete in parody competitions of such shows as parodies of “American Gladiators,” “The Amazing Race,” and “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?”. If you are unfamiliar with Michael Ian Black you are not alone; however, he has been an iatrical part of VH1 classics such as “I love the 70’s”, “I Love the 80’s”, and I love the 80’s: 3D”. You know those shows that present a 25 year old music video clip and then people you have never heard of make fun of it. Well he has done a bit more than that, Michael Ian has guest stared in Comedy Centrals hit show Reno 911 as well as Stella, and Crank Yankers. Interestingly enough though Reality Bites Back seems to be Michael first full time job. In any case, the show is very funny and defiantly worth taking up that little bit of disk space left on your iPod. If you spend much time browsing through podcasts feeds you know how hard it is to find a quality cast that is up-to-date. All to often you find poor content or feeds that have not been up dated in a year. Well I have just come across an MMA podcast / vidcast which is both content rich and currently maintained.
The 411Mania MMA feed is the best Mixed Martial Arts podcast I have found to date and as a huge fan of Vale Tudo I see a lot of them. As a matter of fact I am going to dedicate the rest of Augusts featured podcasts to fighting arts.
The 411Mania MMA podcasts features the lastest news, interviews, fight clips, and gossip from UFC, WEC, IFL, Affliction, EliteXC, and PRIDE. The podcast is a combination of media including audio, image, and video content.

In the sample episode: Get ready for another action packed Ultimate eXperience as this week it is all about The Ultimate Fighter 8. The competitors on the show have been released, I will give you the hot tip on who I think will win the whole thing. 60 Seconds is a video podcast meant to make you laugh in a hurry. The video are approxamatly 60 seconds in length so you don’t risk much time on the download and viewing of the media and it doesn’t take up too much of your ipod disk space. 60 Seconds is an amazingly funny show, where you will find very funny stuff from collapsible pointers to dancing to Darth Vader! It’s that random! This show was first started on May 15th 2006, and has been broadcasted every week since. At the beginning it was only on YouTube but now is being expanded to a podcast. (I originally intended for it to be a podcast but it seemed too difficult at the time!) And you’re better off for it! I have now perfected the broadcasting method, and I am stepping up the funniness.
